Alerts do not sound

Open iPhone Settings → Notifications → TimerMesa and activate “Allow notifications” and “Sounds”. Also check that silent mode is not active.

Inside TimerMesa open Settings → TimerMesa Pro → Restore Purchase. Use the same Apple ID you made the purchase with.

Check in iPhone Settings → TimerMesa that Live Activities are allowed. Start a timer and lock the screen to see it.

Open the Shortcuts app and search for TimerMesa. Add “Start Timer” or ask Siri to start a time in TimerMesa.

In the iPhone Watch app, search for TimerMesa and confirm that it is installed. The clock version allows you to start up to three fast timers.

Open Settings within TimerMesa and tap “Delete Ended Timers.” This action only affects local data.
